CHARGES & PAYMENT

  1. You shall pay the charges as set out in your invoice.

  2. The termly charges must be paid monthly in 3 instalments as indicated on the invoice by the 10th day of the month.

  3. Fees for 2019/2020 are shown at the end of this document. 

  4. All payments must be made by bank transfer, cash, cheque or childcare vouchers.  

  5. BACS transfers should be sent to:

  6. Please add either Invoice number or your child’s name as reference on bank/voucher payments.

  7. Charges are due even if the Child is absent.

  8. Extra hours (or parts of an hour) will be charged at our standard rates and billed at the end of each term separately.

  9.  We may increase our charges once per year. We will give you written notice of any such increase one month before the proposed date of increase.


NOTICE PERIOD

One month’s written notice is required (whether it is you or us who wishes the child to stop attending).  Four weeks’ fees will be payable in lieu of notice. 


FREE 15 HOURS UNIVERSAL FUNDING

If you wish to take up your free universal nursery education, you are required to complete and sign a Parental Declaration on a termly basis.  Universal funding cannot be used to cover lunches, breakfast club or after school club.

Our charges will not be made in respect of the free sessions as detailed in the Parental Declaration, but we are entitled to make a reasonable charge for consumables and additional activities provided during any free session. 


30 HOURS EXTENDED FUNDING

We offer 30 hours extended funding in two ways – 5 days 9am to 3pm, or 3 days 8am to 6pm.  There is a weekly charge of £40.00 to cover consumables and extra activities.

You will be required to complete a Parental Declaration on a termly basis and it is your responsibility to furnish Nursery with a valid 30 hour code, and to renew this code three monthly.


CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

We may change these terms and conditions where such a change arises from changes in regulations or legislation affecting us.

We may change any other terms in these terms and conditions provided. We will give you at least one month’s written notice of our intention to do so.
