Terms & Conditions

REGISTRATION

In order to be added to our allocations list we would require a completed registration form and there is a £50 registration fee payable.  Prior to registration we invite all parents in for a visit to look around and meet the Team. We commence our allocation process in the Spring term for a start date of September. Please email Teamfarmhousenursery@gmail.com for a registration form.

PARENTAL AGREEMENT

Once your child’s place has been confirmed, you would be required to sign a Parental Agreement. 

CHARGES & PAYMENT

Charges are invoiced 3 termly – Autumn, Spring & Summer - and the invoice is payable in 3 instalments.  Payment can be made by childcare vouchers, bank transfers, cash or cheque. 

NOTICE PERIOD

One month’s written notice is required and four weeks’ fees would be payable in lieu of notice.

REDUCING SESSIONS

One month’s written notice is required for a reduction in the number of sessions you require. Four weeks’ fees for the reduced hours will be charged in lieu of notice.

FREE 15 HOURS UNIVERSAL FUNDING

Your child would be eligible for 15 hours Universal Funding in the term after their 3rd Birthday.  Universal funding cannot be used to cover lunches, breakfast club or after school club.

30 HOURS EXTENDED FUNDING

For parents who qualify, we do offer 30 hours extended funding in two ways – 5 days 9am to 3pm, or 3 days 8am to 6pm.  There is a weekly charge of £42.00 to cover consumables and extra activities.  You would be required to provide Nursery with the necessary code number in order to claim the 30 Hours Extended Funding.
