Data Protection

Any Data you provide to Nursery concerning your child will be protected by the terms of the Data Protection regulations which came into force in May 2018.  All personal information supplied will only be used to provide a childcare service to you.

We communicate with parents/carers via email, telephone and for Nursery children by electronic learning journals.  We keep all information securely and will never share it, except if required to do so by law.

When the appropriate time period has lapsed, we will dispose of data in the recommended manner.
